Registration: After you have registered, we will make an appointment for an intake
Intake and examination (60 min.)
During the intake, we get to know each other. Questions are asked about the complaint and its course. Other relevant factors are also discussed to get a complete picture of you (your child) and your complaint. Then tests and observations are carried out. Photos and/or video recordings are usually made for this purpose. This can also be during a next appointment. When the examinations are completed, we will discuss the treatment plan.

Treatment (20 – 25 min.)
The treatment usually consists of monthly sessions, depending on progress and need. In addition, it is necessary to do the exercises daily. Regular practice helps to learn new habits faster. This shortens the treatment process. I help you plan the exercises into your daily routine.

A Myofunctional trainer (Myobrace) is an effective tool to balance your oral muscles and unlearn abnormal oral habits. This appliance or ‘brace’ helps promote the correct tongue position, swallowing technique, and breathing, so you develop optimal oral function. At Mondeling Logopedie, we support you with targeted exercises and the use of the myofunctional trainer, helping you step by step to replace old habits with healthier patterns that contribute to better oral health and function.
For voice problems, using a Lax Vox can provide relief. The Lax Vox relaxes the muscles around the vocal cords and helps to learn healthy voice use.
During the intake, the usefulness and necessity of these aids are assessed. They are available at the practice.
